1. Submit Requirements & Quotation
Please submit your customization requirements. Our team will evaluate your needs and provide a detailed quotation based on the specifications.
2. Initial Deposit (Booking Fee)
Once you accept the quote, a payment of $1,000 is required as an initial deposit to secure your order and initiate the design process.
(Note: This $1,000 will be credited toward your final balance payment.)
3. Design & Rendering
Upon receiving the initial deposit, our design team will create professional 3D renderings of your product for your review.
4. Design Confirmation & Production Deposit
After you confirm the rendering and design details, a 50% production deposit is required. Once received, we will officially start the manufacturing process.
5. Production & Verification
When production is complete, we will film a detailed video of the finished product and send it to you for final verification and quality check.
6. Balance Payment
After you confirm the product video, please arrange the balance payment.
- Calculation: Total Amount - 50% Production Deposit - Initial $1,000 Deposit = Balance Due.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Once the balance is received, we will arrange shipment from China immediately. We can also assist in contacting a freight forwarder/logistics agent if needed to ensure smooth delivery.
